Wow, thanks for the info. I guess I will have to use both to see which one makes better quality HD videos. Right now blip.tv is better for me since there is FTP upload but, the only thing is that if my file is too big it won't convert properly.

Just to be clear, blip.tv has not changed its file size limit. It's been the same for over 5 years. And advertisements can be enabled or disabled by the account holder.

I must say that my experience has been quite different! I ordered 2 AceKard 2i cards 9 weeks ago. I haven't received them and haven't had any responses to my last 6 emails over the past 3 weeks... Including the ones requesting that they initiate a new shipment since I bought shipping insurance. I would avoid 0sz from now on.

I use Textfree by forwarding my google voice sms messages to my textfree email address and it works immediate just like push. How you do this is add your textfree email address as another address you own on your google account settings for the account used to log in to google voice. Then in the Google Voice settings you set your sms messages to forward to your textfree address. When you reply to the message from the textfree app it routes back to the person's number who sent it.

It works great for me. I bought a text upgrade on my phone but now I never use it.

This seems good for replies, but what about sending? I am guessing I should just send from my textfree number or else go on google voice just to send and reply with text free.

Yeah, I thought of that, but I can't afford to buy another texting app. Right now if you call your textfree number, you will get a text saying so and so called your textfree number.. The only bad thing about them right now is that they are taking my very nice numbers.

You might want to checkout integrating Google Voice with Textnow: http://gv.enflick.com. I have been using this setup for about week now and it would work seamlessly if step 4 were not required to send text messages.

Textfree seems faster for me, but the only downside is that google voice you need to go to the browser to use it and it doesn't push.

I, like you, have been using my Google number for texting when I noticed Textfree had added phone numbers today. I stumbled across your blog while looking for information on this new Textfree feature. I am mostly commenting just so I can subscribe to the comments because I am curious to see what kind of replies you will get. But, I think I would probably stick with Google Voice for now. Changing numbers sounds like a hassle and Textfree's phone numbers still sound a little buggy right. Probably worth keeping an eye on though for the future.
